Castle Pines House Cleaning for Custom Homes
Reina's Cleaning offers house cleaning in Castle Pines and Castle Pines Village, in large custom homes where the finishes are special and the bar is high. We are insured and bonded, and every cleaner on every job is background checked.
Big Homes, Specific Finishes, and a Lot of Pine
Castle Pines is a different kind of cleaning job than anywhere else we serve, and size is only part of it.
Homes here are custom built. You will find natural stone counters, hardwood in several finishes, real wood cabinets, stone and tile showers, and costly hardware. Many of these surfaces are ruined by the wrong product. Cleaning a Castle Pines home well means knowing what not to use. Few companies talk about that skill, but every home here needs it.
The setting adds work of its own. Ponderosa pines ring these neighborhoods, which is why people move here. It is also why decks, entries and window tracks fill with needles and pollen for months. Wildlife passes through often. Gates, long private drives and homes set far back from the road all shape how a cleaning day runs.
Many Castle Pines homes also sit empty for long stretches. With second homes, long trips and time away each season, house cleaning in Castle Pines is often about keeping a home ready, not catching up on it.
What Castle Pines Homes Need
Surface appropriate care
Natural stone, hardwood and specialty tile each need the right method. A generic all-purpose cleaner can leave lasting damage.
Volume management
Five bathrooms and a walkout lower level are not just a bigger small house. They need a system, or the last rooms get the least care.
Lock and leave readiness
We check and clean the home before you return, so the house is ready the day you arrive, not the day after.
Pine debris and pollen
Steady through spring and summer, on every entry and every window track.
Why Castle Pines Homeowners Work With Us
We ask about your surfaces before we clean them, and we follow your preference when you have one.
We staff large homes the right way. A house this size gets a full team and a room-by-room plan, not one person racing the clock.
We are used to gated entries, staff doors, alarm codes and private drives. After the first visit, you never need to remind us.
We are discreet by default. What is in your home stays in your home. In houses like these, that is simply part of the job.
We also own the right tools for stone, glass and grout. That is what keeps a high-end bathroom looking like the day it was installed.
Josh, Owner & Project Manager
I am Josh, and I own Reina’s Cleaning.
Castle Pines clients nearly always ask me the same thing first: who will be in my house? It is a fair question, and I give a straight answer. Our own employees, background checked and insured under the company, with no subcontractors. Where I can, I send the same team back each visit, so you are not meeting new faces every time.
The next question is usually about products, and I hand that one back to you. If your finishes have special care rules, tell us and we will follow them. After more than 25 years in property maintenance, I would rather be told than guess on a stone counter.

Our Cleaning Services in Castle Pines
This is the go-to plan here, because a home this size never catches up on its own. A set weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule with a steady team keeps every room at the same level, so no room falls behind. Most Castle Pines households make recurring house cleaning their standing plan. It is the one thing that keeps a home this large even from wing to wing.
Book a one-time clean for a full reset before guests, after a season of travel, or after contractor work. Custom homes collect a lot of construction dust after a remodel, simply because there is more surface for it to land on. A one-time visit carries no duty to keep going. When plans change fast, we hold room for short-notice visits. For a home this size, we look at the house before we price it, so the quote matches the real work.
Occasional house cleaning suits Castle Pines owners who travel often. We already know the property, so one call before you fly home means you walk into a house that is ready. You do not lose your first day back to chores. Think of us as a home cleaning service on standby, there when your calendar says you need us.
Regular upkeep or deep cleaning, sized to your home. Deep cleaning in Castle Pines focuses on stone, glass, hardware and grout, where a good clean and an average one look very different. Our deep cleans use a team of three to four people and include the stove and refrigerator. We ask about your finishes before we touch them, which a national cleaning chain rarely does.
For Castle Pines owners with a second property, a lock-and-leave condo, or a place nearby for visiting family. We clean it to the same standard as the main house. Here, apartment and condo cleaning is often for a second home, so we plan around building rules and quiet hours. We can also deep clean the unit before a stay or after one.
New custom builds and resales get the same treatment: a full clean before the furniture arrives. We do cabinet and closet insides, the areas around appliances, and every window track. In a house with this much glass, that is real work. Because we are local, we can plan your move-in clean around the builder's finish date, not a far-off booking window.
We prepare the home to the standard a buyer at this level expects, because how a house looks shapes the final walkthrough. That means full interiors, glass, stone and floors throughout. We quote move-out cleaning for the whole property, and we agree on the scope before we start. That way there are no surprises on cleaning day and no gaps the buyer finds later.
Castle Pines loves to host, and the house needs to look right before guests arrive and get reset fast after they leave. We handle both ends. That includes same-day care for spills on stone and carpet before they leave a mark. Our special event cleaning covers the day before and the morning after in your home. Commercial cleaning for clubhouses and event rooms is coming soon.
We use low-toxic, low-odor products and let steam do much of the work. That is gentler on natural stone and hardwood than harsh chemicals. It is also better for a home that stays shut tight all winter. Eco-friendly house cleaning is our default here, not a premium add-on, so you never pay extra for a greener clean.

We return and correct it.
