How do I book a cleaning?
Call 720-830-5364 or send us a message. We will ask about your home's size and condition, any pets, and how often you would like us, then give you a quote.
How much does a house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your home, its condition, pets, how often you want us and any extras. You get a quote before we start, so the price does not change on the day.
What areas do you serve?
We are based in Highlands Ranch and clean homes across the south Denver metro and Denver, including Castle Rock, Parker, Lone Tree, Centennial, Littleton, Englewood and Greenwood Village. See all the areas we serve.
What cleaning services do you offer?
Recurring, one-time, occasional, house, deep, apartment and condo, move-in, move-out, special event and eco-friendly cleaning. See all our services.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean keeps a maintained home at that level. A deep clean goes behind and under: baseboards, vents, inside appliances and cabinets, and the buildup in kitchens and bathrooms. Most clients start with a deep clean, then move to recurring cleaning.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. Supplies and equipment are included. Eco-friendly products are available on request.
Are your cleaners insured and background checked?
Yes. We are insured and bonded, and every cleaner is background checked and directly employed by Reina’s Cleaning. No subcontractors work under our name.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients give us access and go about their day. Tell us how to get in once and we note it for every visit.
What if something is missed?
Tell us within 24 hours and we will come back and fix it.
Do you offer commercial or office cleaning?
Not yet. Our commercial cleaning service is coming soon.
